Founding member rate:94 of the first 100 seats left · 50% off list for 5 years, counted from the day billing starts. Nothing to claim.
Every membership below is $0 while the launch window is open - no card, no checkout. When it closes, launch memberships stay live for another 30 days before they lapse, so nothing you list disappears overnight. The next 94 professionals to sign up still earn the founding member rate: 50% off list for 5 years, counted from the day the grace period ends and billing starts.

A seat is bought for one business location - the town it runs out of - and carries that location's listing allowance. Open a second yard and add a second location on the same plan; close one and cancel just that seat. Where a seat is based and where it may work are different questions: you pick the states it works, and the price climbs one flat step at a time until it stops at the every-state rate.

List rates on Real Estate Agent, the cheapest plan that sells coverage - each plan runs its own ladder off its own price, shown in its row. Launch, founder, and account rates come off the whole seat.
None of this applies to Partner Organization seats. Verified associations, agencies, conservation nonprofits, districts, and extension services pay nothing - no location fee, no state ladder, no card on file.
Prices are live from the platform, not a brochure - what a row says is what checkout charges. Every seat also unlocks the jobs board upgrade: members with credentials on file get 3 included job postings a month, then $2.50 apiece on the next invoice. Need something this sheet does not sell?
