You Hire The Crews.Run It From One Page.
A company account on AXE USA opens the Operations console: search crews by when they can actually be on your tract, reach the ones that list for companies only, put tracts out to sealed bid, and keep every crew you put to work on the record.
On the sign-up screen, pick Timber company - it sits under “Working the timber”.
AXE USA lists outfits and passes along introductions. We do not check anybody’s licence, insurance, or ability - crew or company. Ask for the certificate yourself and settle rates, schedules, and contracts directly with the other outfit.
Four Jobs, One Account
Everything below is already running on the site today. A company account is what turns it on for your outfit.
See who is open before you call
Crews state where they stand in their own words - open now, limited, booked, or opening back up on a set date - with a line of context and the day they last said it. Search for a crew that can be on your tract by a date, sort by who opens up soonest, and hold the results to statements made in the last thirty days.
Reach the crews that only take company work
A crew can list itself to companies and commercial operators only. Those listings are hidden outright from everyone else - not teased, not counted. Running a company account is what puts them in your search results and puts their phone number in front of you.
Put a tract out to sealed bid
Post the tract and the terms once, then take sealed bids against them, so buyers bid the same timber under the same conditions instead of one phone call at a time. Open, awarded, closed - every request stays tracked after the bidding ends.
Keep every crew you put to work on the record
An invitation carries the scope, the tract, the county, and the dates. The crew accepts, declines, or counters with dates that fit its season, and every answer is appended with who gave it and when. Months later the history still reads straight.
Everything You Have Out, On One Screen
Crew invitations, sealed bids, repair jobs, and job postings all report back to the same page. Counts first, then the handful of rows that are actually moving, each linking to the board that owns the buttons.
Invited, countered, accepted, working, finished
Tracts open, awarded, and closed out
Machines waiting on a shop
Openings you have running
A machine down on the landing goes on the service board from the same account, and shops come to you. It reports back here with everything else.
Three Steps, No Waiting Room
There is no application to be let in and no queue to sit in. You open the account, you sign your own attestation, and you are working.
Open the account
On the sign-up screen, pick Timber company - it sits under “Working the timber”. That is the hat the console runs on. Already on AXE USA under another hat? Add this one from your account page instead; you keep everything you already have.
Put your business licence number on file
Every licensed hat on this site signs the same self-attestation: you enter your number and you sign that it is accurate. AXE USA does not check it and never tells anyone else that it did. Companies and crews ask each other for paperwork directly, the same way you would on any job.
Fill in the company profile
Your outfit’s name, your town, and who a crew should ask for. It travels with every invitation and job you send, so you stop re-typing it. Staff read the profile before it goes on the company list - a decision about the listing, the way any paper reads a classified ad before it runs, and not a judgement about your business.
Get Your Outfit On The Board
The crews are already listed and already saying when they can start. On the sign-up screen, pick Timber company - it sits under “Working the timber”.
